Ive got a Scarface theme and a GTA4 theme - any idea if they will be effected or not?

Up in the top right corner of these pics there are two icons, what are these cos i don't get anything like it? They look like they're gamer pics of friends online, but all I see there is my own gamer pic and score, which changes with icons showing a figure for froends online and messages.

Can anyone clear this up for me?

i think that it mey be their avatar and gamerpic?? if youve made an avatar and youve used it as your avatar itll only show the one??

So much for Microsofts 'you can still use all your xbox themes and content' on the NXE. Suppose a refund is out of the question? (bought quite a bit over the years, more fool me!) Oh, should have read the T&C's before accepting the update eh?? Sheesh!

ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS GET RID OF THAT STUPID AND UNINTERESTING GREY BOTTOM THAT THE AVATAR STANDS ON.
WHEN YOU GO TO SELECT THEMES YOU THEN CAN SEE YOUR WHOLE PICTURE UNTIL YOU SELECT IT THEN THE OBSTRUCTIONS ARE LAYERED ON TOP. I'M FINE WITH THE SELECTION WINDOWS
I THINK ITS PRETTY SWEET, BUT WHY DO YOU NEED THE THE GREY BOTTOM FOR CONTRAST, ITS UNNEEDED. AND WHILE YOU HAD BLADES BEFORE THAT WOULD SHOW CASE DIFFERENT PICTURES,ITS NOW THE SAME PICTURE LOCKED TO EVERY SELECTION YOU PICK, IT SHOULD BE THE THE EXACT OPPOSITE.
