Hopefully the sequel won't be run through as many committees and focus groups; I have a sneaking suspicion that kinda sucked some of the Bioware mojo out of the game. The whole hype, marketing, DLC, franchise rubbish also annoyed me.

Luckily Mass Effect 2 is dripping with the mojo so I guess someone had a sponge handy. Smile

Dragon Age is essentially Neverwinter NIghts with some more cool stuff... so what would be nice to see is co-op campaign, like nwn always had.

I would like to see a richer and more engrossing story, more and deeper sidequests, and maybe a little less mindless combat. I think a mega betrayal or twist would be good. I'm thinking something like Jade Empire or KotOR.

Dragon Age certainly lacked something in the "OH MY GOD I NEVER EXPECTED THAT!!!" stakes. Jade Empire had me screaming at the screen, so a few plot twists would be nice.

Maybe I've got spoiled playing Mass Effect, but I really noticed the lack of character dialogue in Dragon Age. Only hearing one side of a conversation really broke up the flow for me and prevented my character feeling like a real person.
