I'll pick it up July 2011 when they sort out the multi-player which if like Gears 2 will be broken on release. Hope they do a better job and I hope there is no crappy driving bits.

Cliffy B said that the 3rd GoW was going to be (or at least expected to be) on the next generation of consoles and not the current ones. I'm presuming that given the imminent arrival of Natal, the lifespan of the 360 has been extended beyond the projected timescale.

I don't want to believe this but anyway it better play more like Gears 1, with all the modes and features from Gears 2 plus plenty more, and improvements, otherwise we're going to have another disappointment on our hands.

I love how any Halo news is met with cry's of 'milking'.

When this is released Epic will have turned over three installments in just under six years. And frankly, an extra year of development like the Halo games get would do wonders for what was, and still has the potential to be a wonderful Franchise.

Just more thought being input into the Multiplayer, which has failed to capture large audiences twice, would be great.

I knew this was coming, I just hope it's better in the Multiplayer department.

There was another interview after that and Epic took that statement back.

All the multiplayer comments make me wonder whether people actually play the campaign mode in games anymore. Because what really needs fixing in GoW is the shoddy story line...and Dom.

The campaign modes in both Gears 1 and 2 were fine to me, besides the vehicle sections I wouldn't say anything needs fixing, I just want the campaign to be longer, but I guess thats too much to ask for in such MP focused game.
